In the first instance, you should undertake a review of your existing buildings to determine whether there are any which are redundant or under-utilised. You should also consider whether any of your buildings potentially lend themselves to alternative uses, for example, a traditional livestock building is likely to make a much more desirable dwelling than a grain silo!
